For weddings with a hotel block, a shuttle loop between the hotel and ceremony venue keeps guests from driving themselves and searching for parking in formal wear. We typically run this on a timed schedule matching the invitation's arrival window, with a second loop back to the hotel after the reception winds down.

The wedding party and getaway car

The wedding party's transportation usually runs separately from the guest shuttle, timed tightly around photos, the ceremony, and the reception entrance. A lot of couples also book a separate getaway car for the end of the night, timed to leave quietly before the reception officially wraps.

Rehearsal dinner the night before
