What changes the quote
Three things drive the number more than anything else: how many vehicles you need running at once, how many hours each one is booked for, and whether you're covering just the wedding party or the full guest list too. A single getaway car for an hour costs far less than a guest shuttle looping between a Fifth Avenue South hotel and a Port Royal reception venue for an entire evening.
Season matters more in Naples than people expect
Naples' wedding season runs heaviest from October through May, when the weather cooperates and snowbird visitors fill the area's hotels. Booking a Saturday in February costs more and needs to be locked in earlier than a weekday wedding in August, simply because every vehicle in the market is in higher demand.
