A multi-city itinerary needs more lead time than a single-city charter, mainly because we're coordinating driver hours and overnight logistics across state lines, not just a single day's route. We typically ask for at least three to four weeks notice on multi-city trips, longer during peak travel seasons like spring break or the fall school trip season.
