Are you fully covered and insured?


Metro Livery car and limousine service is fully insured, licensed and authorized as a ground transportation provider at the Nashville International Airport. We carry $1,000,000 General Liability (Tapco/Scottsdale Policy# DWMXK-P) and $1,500,000 Automobile Liability coverage (Brookwood Insurance Company Policy# SCA000547). We are also an active member of National Limousine Association (Member# 22651).

Do you serve 24 hours a day?


Yes! There is always someone available in the office to take your call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even on the holidays! We also have cars available 24 hours a day, 7days a week, and holidays!! Where can I meet my driver at Nashville International Airport?


You can meet your driver either at the baggage claim level or at Ground Transportation. We can be available ahead of time and have a sign with your name or corporation’s name so that you know we are there to take care of you. If you need to speak with someone in the office, or are unable to locate your driver at either level please call the office at 866-748-2227 or local number 615-360-2929

How can I tell the difference between baggage claim and ground transportation at the Nashville Airport?


If you select to have the driver meet you at baggage claim, that is level 2 at the Nashville International Airport, the driver will come inside and meet you at your airlines baggage claim area. If you choose to meet him at ground transportation, that is level 1 at the Nashville International Airport, when you walk outside you will see a line of taxis and limos and we will be out there waiting for you.

What happens if my flight is canceled or delayed?


No worries! When you make your reservation for pick up at the airport we get your airline and flight number, then we are able to look up and track your flight. We will know you are running late even before you do! We can adjust your pick up accordingly. Now that is convenient!!

Is there a service charge for canceled reservations?


NO. Metro Livery does not charge for canceled reservations, even last minute cancellations. We understand that things happen. We just hope that when you are ready to go you will use us for your transportation needs.

Do you charge wait time while I am waiting for my luggage?


NO. We want to be there ready and waiting for you. We do not charge for waiting at baggage claim at the Nashville International Airport.

Can I still get picked up from the Nashville International Airport if I didn’t have a reservation set up?


Yes! We have someone here in the office 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Just give us a call and we can have a driver there before you even get your luggage. We are located within a short distance from the Nashville International Airport.

What if I need a ride to the Nashville International Airport and my flight leaves at 4:00 AM, will I be picked up on time that early?


Absolutely! Our drivers utilize the most up to date maps and GPS devices to ensure that we can find you no matter how early or how far away you are. If for some reason we are unable to locate you through those means we will gladly give you a call in advance for directions. We want to make sure that you arrive on time for any and all occasions, especially flights, so we make sure our drivers have enough time to locate you in a timely manner. We never want to rush.

Do I need my credit card information for on line reservation?


No, you can make on-line reservation with or without credit card.

Do you supply child seats?


Yes, we can provide child seats and booster seats. Please allow us a two hour window for this service if you don’t have a pre-set reservation. Also, if you place a reservation ahead of time please note that you need the child seat.

Can we rent the cars hourly for tours and parties?


Yes! Here at Metro Livery we have hourly rates and pick up and drop off rates. We can set up a tour for you and make sure you see all the sights that you want to see while here in Nashville. We have address for up to 50 country music stars, and we know where all the hot spots here in town. We can also arrange for tours of The Hermitage, Home of Andrew Jackson, The Belle Meade Mansion, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens, The Grand Ole Opry, and lots of other great hot spots. We would love to show you around town at an hourly rate, or just drop off and pick rates!! Please call the office for rates.

Do you have stretch limos?


Yes. We can provide you with a stretch limo. Please call the office for rates and availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

All Escalade reservations must be cancelled with 7 days of the date the reservation is scheduled in order to not be charged. After this period, if a reservation is cancelled the client is responsible for 50% payment of the originally scheduled charter. Any cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled charter will be billed for full charter amount. Please call the office if you have any questions concerning our cancellation policy and speak with our office staff. (Cancellation policy only applies to stretch limo and stretch Escalade)

You must have a valid credit card to reserve limos. Our DOT # is 1695881.
